As requested in our post from yesterday, Kevin Love has been added to the Michael Beasley charity basketball game that will take place on Friday, October 21st at Osseo High School.  Proceeds from the event will go to Beasley’s foundation that benefits St. Jude’s and three Minneapolis charities.  We know it was our request that got it done right!

Love will join a group that already includes young stars John Wall, Demarcus Cousins, Joakim Noah, and Jeff Green.   Timberwolves first round draft pick Derrick Williams will also be playing in the game along with teammates Wes Johnson, Martell Webster, and Wayne Ellington.

Now will someone please get “The Sauce” as a celebrity coach please!

Here’s another Beasley highlight from last season:  a ferocious put-back dunk versus the Miami Heat.
