Beasley’s Charity Game Tonight: More Timberwolves Teammates Added

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Michael Beasley’s charity “All-Star” game tonight in Osseo will now include  more Timberwolves teammates.   Several of the main attractions have dropped out of the game due to previous commiments that conflict with the game.   Kevin Durant, Kevin Love, and John Wall are among those who will no longer be playing.   Timberwolves players Anthony Randolph, Lazar Haward, and Anthony Tolliver will now be suiting up instead.   And the Minnesota faithful could not be more excited for Anthony Tolliver’s high socks and great defense!   Ricky Rubio is apparently too busy working on his tan and conditioning his hair in L.A.

Some of the most exciting players in the NBA will still be taking part of this “classic”.   Such “stars” as Keith Bogans (another defensive stopper), Bobby Maze (this guy sounds made up), and the ever-exciting-and-slow Derrick Caracter will be thrilling the fans tonight in Osseo!

The one and only reason to go to this game is to see what kind of hair ‘do Beasley shows up with.   I can’t think of a better way to spend $40 on a Friday night!   Let’s keep in mind the proceeds are going for a good cause.  Just don’t expect an “All-Star” classic.

I’m off to ponder Clyde Drexler’s in-game free throw line dunk!
