The Minnesota Timberwolves are a relatively young franchise by NBA standards. In fact, they are the third youngest franchise behind Charlotte and Toronto.

Created in 1989, the Wolves started out as a lowly expansion franchise, not making their first playoff appearance until the 1996-97 campaign. When you think of great Wolves players the obvious names come to mind: Kevin Garnett, Wally Szczerbiak, and even Kevin Love…but what about the others?

What about the players on those early Wolves rosters? In this three-part piece we’ll look at the names we all know, but hopefully I will bring attention to some of the forgotten Wolves of the past. These are the 15 greatest Timberwolves of all-time, starting numbers 15 through 11.
