The preseason is only a few games old, but story-lines abound across the league as players see their first real NBA action in months.

The Timberwolves have played three games thus far, with some players recording impressive outings. Some other story-lines have evolved off the court (starting shooting guard, anyone?), as well.

From individual players to team concepts and the fans, there is plenty to choose from even after not even a week of action. So without further adieu, who have been some of the winners and losers for the Timberwolves early in the preseason?

We’ll start by taking a look at four winners and follow that with two losers, since we’re a very positive and optimistic site. Or something like that.
