Timberwolves Free Agency: Needs that must be addressed

Free agency is still a month away, but it’s not too early to discuss the needs that the Timberwolves will need to fill this summer.

The Timberwolves finished 31-51 in 2016-17, and that means that Tom Thibodeau must address a few holes in the roster.

With Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins, the core is present with which to be successful in the near future. However, this roster is far from perfect. Additionally, the draft will not be enough to address their issues. Thibodeau will also need to dive into free agency in order to help this team reach their full potential.

However, in order to improve, it is important to know what areas to focus on in the off-season. This will help the Timberwolves make sure they pick the right free agents to target this summer and perhaps make big strides next season.
