Rising Stars Challenge pits USA vs. World in new format

Dirk Nowitzki will surely be a tough act to follow in terms of successful German NBA players, but Schroder has seemingly come out of nowhere to rise to relativity this year. The Hawks selected Schroder with the 17th overall pick in 2013 and he has immediately become a key cog off of Atlanta’s bench.

It appears that basketball fans will be seeing a whole lot more of Schroder for months to come as his squad seems destined for a deep playoff run.
