Weaknesses:

While Porzingis seems to have some undeniable strengths on both sides of the floor, he also has a couple of hiccups in his game that could easily be taken advantage of in the NBA.

First of all, Porzingis is a weak human being, relatively speaking. At seven-feet tall and 220 pounds, Porzingis has a very slender body which does not bode well for him at all on either side of the floor. There’s no doubt that he’ll have to get stronger with time if he hopes to have a long career. As of now, Porzingis will be getting bumped and shoved around with ease by the big men he’ll face in the NBA.

Porzingis also has a surprisingly small arsenal of post moves for a guy of his shooting skill. He won’t be using a spin move, step-through, or any type of back-to-the-basket post move to beat a defender. This is something Porzingis may be able to develop, depending on the team he’s selected by.

Lastly, Porzingis isn’t much of a passer at this point. His assist numbers are terribly low for a big man that spends a lot of time on the perimeter, and this could be problematic at the next level.
