Apr 6, 2015; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Wisconsin Badgers forward Sam Dekker (15) and forward Frank Kaminsky (44) react after a play as Duke Blue Devils guard Matt Jones (13) looks on during the first half in the 2015 NCAA Men

11. Indiana Pacers

Myles Turner. 11. player. 100. The Pacers are back looking for a big man, and the decision could come down to Turner and Frank Kaminsky. I’m betting on Turner being the pick.. Center. Texas

12. Utah Jazz

Wisconsin. Frank Kaminsky. 12. player. 118. The Jazz will likely take either Turner or Kaminsky — whichever center the Pacers don’t select. The Jazz are in an interesting spot, still needing pretty much everything despite an encouraging second-half push in 2015.. Center

13. Phoenix Suns

66. Dekker could be selected anywhere from #8 to Detroit to somewhere in the late-teens, but I’m still betting that the Suns will nab the plug-and-play athleticism on the perimeter.. Small Forward. Wisconsin. Sam Dekker. 13. player

14. Oklahoma City Thunder

149. I still think the fast-rising Payne goes #14 to the Thunder. There are a lot of rumors about OKC moving up, but Payne will be the first point guard off the board in the teens.. Point Guard. Murray State. Cameron Payne. 14. player

15. Atlanta Hawks (from Brooklyn Nets)

player. 125. Oubre has a ton of upside but also should be able to step right in and contribute to the rotation of the best team in the East last season. His peripherals look great and project well in the NBA, and Mike Budenholzer will take notice.. Small Forward. Kansas. Kelly Oubre. 15
