Ranking the 15 Greatest Timberwolves: #15-11

5 of 6

12. Doug West

Doug West is one of those forgotten Wolves; he was actually the second draft pick ever selected by the Timberwolves franchise in 1989.

West played his first nine seasons in Minnesota and although his stats in his later years are a little low, West did have some good seasons in Minnesota. The 1992-93 season, for instance, where he averaged 19.2 points per game and lead the Timberwolves in scoring average that season.

His nine successful seasons in Minnesota also puts him at number five on the Timberwolves all-time scoring list.
