#13 – January 13, 2015 – Mo Williams: 52 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds

The franchise-record in points in a single game had to be on the list somewhere, right?

It’s not ranked higher simply because this January win over the Pacers only bumped the Wolves’ record to 6-31 on the season and it was an extremely high-volume scoring evening without much else contributed by Mo Williams. Not only that, the Pacers back court enjoyed a high-scoring and efficient outing playing against Williams on the other end of the floor.

And now that we have all that out of the way, let’s talk about just how lights-out Mo was for stretches in the game. He ultimately shot a very good 19 of 33 from the field including 6 of 11 from beyond the arc and 8 of 9 from the free throw line.

The rest of the roster simply didn’t do much at all. Eventual Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins did score 20 points on 7 of 16 shooting but nobody else scored more than 11 points. Only eight players played 10 or more minutes on the night for the Wolves.

Of course, any season that ends with just 16 wins isn’t a success. It’s tough to rank this game any higher than 13th.
