Utah Jazz Preview

Record: 37-38 (23-14 Home, 14-24 Away)

Starting Lineup

PG — Shelvin Mack (7.8 ppg, 3.5 apg, 2.2 rpg)

SG — Rodney Hood (14.7 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 2.6 apg)

SF — Gordon Hayward (19.6 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 3.7 apg)

PF — Derrick Favors (16.7 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 1.5 bpg)

C — Rudy Gobert (9.2 ppg, 11.1 rpg, 2.2 bpg)

Key Reserves

Trey Lyles (5.5 ppg, 3.6 rpg) has been inconsistent for the Jazz off the bench, but he has put together some good games in the past few months. The young Kentucky product is still very raw, but he has scored in double-digits in six out of his last nine games, including a 15-point, four-rebound performance against the Wolves the last time these teams faced off.

Joe Ingles (4.0 ppg, 1.9 rpg) is the main backup for Gordon Hayward and is shooting a solid 37.4 percent on triples this season. The Jazz are intrigued by the Australian’s potential, but he’s unlikely to see more than his usual 15 minutes against the Wolves as the Jazz are still in the hunt for the final playoff spot in the West.
