Game Prediction

As I watched the Golden State Warriors play a prime time game Wednesday evening against the Boston Celtics, I found myself hoping they’d find out a way to pull off a win.

The Warriors eventually lost, and now will face the Timberwolves having lost their previous game. How does that relate to Minnesota? Well, Golden State has only lost back-to-back games once this season, making them all the more formidable against Minnesota Friday night.

While I think the Wolves will make this a close game, the Warriors can turn up the heat against anyone offensively, and they will do just that to pull away at the end.

But before we get to the prediction, let’s enjoy this dunk, against these same Warriors…

Hopefully I’m wrong, but I see a Golden State victory by a final tally of 107-100, with the Wolves remaining competitive but simply falling short at the end.

Also, Timberwolves fans should keep an eye on Boston visiting Denver tonight at 8:00 p.m. Central Time, and secondarily, Brooklyn at Dallas (the Mavs are one game ahead of Minnesota) and Washington at Sacramento (the Kings trail Minnesota by 1.5 games).
