Sacramento jumped all the way from the eighth spot in the lottery to the third pick in the draft.

This ensures they have two picks in the top ten of this years loaded draft class.

With Rudy Gay almost certain to accept his player option, he is set to return from injury next season.

That will provide Josh Jackson the chance to ease into his time in the NBA.

Jackson is extremely athletic and plays hard all the time. This will be welcomed with open arms in Sacramento after their former star showed inconsistent effort.

Although Jackson isn’t the best shooter in the draft, he does attack the basket and is good at slashing the driving lanes.

He averaged 16.3 points, 3 assists, and 7.4 rebounds per game.

The assists might be the most eye-popping numbers as it showed his ability to find the open man and unselfishness to make the pass.

Tyreke Evans is an unrestricted free agent and Ben McLemore is a restricted free agent, leaving the Kings shallow at the small forward position shall one or both of those guys leave this summer.
