Grade for the Season

Gorgui Dieng gets an A for the season.

Dieng is one of the Wolves most valuable players. He remains to stay healthy, even though he’s aggressive and taking charges. In the past two seasons, he’s played in all 82 games.

He continues to take good shots, knows his role, does the little things, rebounds, blocks shots, doesn’t take away opportunities from the Big three (Lavine, Wiggins, and Towns), takes charges, sets screens and so much more.

Many people overlook Dieng because he isn’t someone who necessarily gets a lot of points, or fills out the stat sheet. But he does so many good things that if you watch him individually; you’ll see he’s such a talented player.
