5. Show the NBA his MVP game

Back in 2015, just two years ago, Bjelica was making waves in Europe.

After some struggles with injuries, the Serbian excelled in the EuroLeague with Turkish side Fenerbahce and was named MVP.

Bjelica spoke of his success, and how his teammates and coaches had made it all possible:

"It’s a big honor to me […] I really struggled in the past few years so I did not know this moment could happen and it’s a very big moment for me. I would like to thank my family for supporting me all these years and my teammates, coaches to make this happen […] It is important to believe in yourself and work harder, thank you very much."

There is no doubt Bjelica has talent. You cannot fluke an MVP award, regardless of it being in the EuroLeague and not the NBA.

He even showcased his talent in EuroBasket 2015, recording a stat line of 24 points and 10 rebounds over Spain.

Bringing some of his Euro game to the forefront in the NBA is a must.
