5.  Win Over Minnesota Timberwolves Fans. 

Okay, now this may seem obvious and a bit redundant but this is a legitimate piece of the puzzle for Jeff.

Many Timberwolves fans loved Ricky Rubio.  Those same fans were very upset with the removal of Ricky from Minnesota.  Those are the fans Teague should focus on winning over.

How can he do this you ask?

It’s simple, hustle hard and rack up wins.

The reason so many Timberwolves fans loved Rubio at the end of the day was because he left it all out on the court.  Teague is the type of guy who plays a lot of games year in and year out without missing any, and he is really good at his job.

Over the course of his eight season NBA career, Teague has missed less than 60 total games. Teague is a competitor who doesn’t like to miss playing time.

The mix of his durability and work ethic make Jeff Teague the perfect guy to win back Ricky fans.

Teague is a winner.  He has shown this everywhere he has gone in his career.  It’s no coincidence either, because he is a guy that leads by example on the court.

Those are a few of the qualities that I already love about Jeff Teague being on this roster.  If Teague puts it all out on the floor and is passionate about each game then he will win over fans easily.

If Teague starts helping the Timberwolves rack up a high number in the win column you can expect a much quicker love for Teague from fans as well.  The nice thing for Teague is that he is coming to a franchise which is starving for success.  Timberwolves fans will love anyone who can help us win.

This is one goal that I think Jeff Teague will have no problem with in the end.
