In the NBA, the ability to score is a greatly appreciated skill. Not many people can put the ball in the basket whenever they want, but when you find someone who can that is highly treasured.

This can be a big man who has insane post moves, a guard who has limitless range, or a player who can get it done in all ways. The ability to score is a gift and not many players have that ability.

Luckily, the Minnesota Timberwolves have a great list of scorers in their franchise history. These are players who have night-in and night-out amazed Timberwolves fan with their unique ability to score at will.

While the Timberwolves have had great scorers, only a few are considered elite. To be an elite scorer one must be able to not only score but be able to score on a consistent basis. Players who can hit tough buckets, electrify the crowd, and at times seem as if they are unstoppable.

These are players who have a wide variety of ways to score and players who will always be remembered in Timberwolves history just from their impressive tenures with Minnesota. Not every player can be an elite scorer. If you can’t score, you can’t win games.

The Timberwolves have been fortunate enough to have multiple players in franchise history who can put the ball into the basket. Not only were the able to do so, but they were able to do so consistently for multiple seasons.

Some of these players have gone down (or will go down) to be some of the greatest players in not only Timberwolves history, but NBA history.
