Milwaukee @ Minnesota – 02.01.17

Wolves Lose: 34-21

Milwaukee is going to be a scary team next season and they steal one in a closely contested game at the Target Center.  As much as I hate it, Milwaukee wins the season series.

New Orleans @ Minnesota – 02.03.17

Wolves Win: 35-21

New Orleans trades Demarcus Cousins as they begin their descent to the bottom of the league.

Minnesota @ Cleveland – 02.07.17

Wolves Lose: 35-22

Cleveland is too much to handle and Lebron leads the Cavs to a blow out victory over the Timberwolves.  Tom Thibodeau gets upset again.

Minnesota @ Chicago – 02.09.17

Wolves Win: 36-22

In Zach Lavine’s first game against his former team, he drops 40 points.  It doesn’t matter though because no one else on the Bulls score.

Sacramento @ Minnesota – 02.11.17

Wolves Win: 37-22

Minnesota continues its dominant home court play against a bottom-dwelling Kings team.

Houston @ Minnesota – 02.15.17

Wolves Lose: 37-23

Houston breaks up the homestand with a victory against the Timberwolves.  A high scoring game ends with a James Harden buzzer beater to let the Rockets steal one in Minnesota.

LAL @ Minnesota – 02.17.17

Wolves Win: 38-23

The Timberwolves waltz into the All-Star break with an easy victory against Lonzo Ball and the Lakers.  KAT and Jimmy Butler get selected to the All-Star game.  Andrew Wiggins joins the dunk contest.

So for a quick recap, the Timberwolves go 25-7 at home and 13-17 in road games, before the All-Star break.  The Timberwolves show why the home court at Target Center is so potent as the Twin Cities rally around this talented group.
