Who doesn’t love a good GIF? The following is a summary of the best Timberwolves GIFSs around the World Wide Web.
The Minnesota Timberwolves are the subject of many GIFs around the internet, which show the good, the bad and the funny moments that the team has to offer.
After a busy offseason, I think a lighthearted article was in need to truly remind us all why our Wolves (and former Wolves) are so lovable.
But first, let’s define the GIF. It is an acronym that stands for graphics interchange format, a compression format for images. It will herein be referred to as a ‘GIF’, or ‘GIFs’, in the plural.
Let’s start it off with The Big KAT:
Karl-Anthony Towns shows why the Timberwolves aren’t a team to mess around with, slamming it home with two hands and leaving Derrick Rose looking a little petrified as he realizes he’s the only player in between KAT and a ferocious dunk.
The Big KAT also offers us some highly meme-able reactions, such as this:
(Goodbye, blue ‘Minnesota’ jerseys, I’ll miss you.)
This Timberwolves love story is too adorable not to watch on repeat:
Let’s hope Crunch and his wolf-in-red lived happily ever after. She looks like a cross between Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf.
I’ll be honest, I’m not exactly sure what this collection of Timberwolves had to celebrate so much. Its not like they made the playoffs or anything… Maybe Kevin Love had just received news of his trade to Cleveland?
These ones just make me miss Zach LaVine. Our two-time dunk champion was something special.
Hey…. What happened to Little Red Riding Wolf?
I would love to see this happen in the Western Conference Finals this year. Although maybe we should just focus on the Timberwolves making the playoffs first…
Remember the Harlem Shake/when everyone hated the Miami Heat Super Team? Good boy, Crunch. You can have a treat.
Name a better duo… I’ll wait.
Ricky Rodgers. Though I have to ask, what is even happening here?
Ryu: Hey can I borrow some money? Ken: Shoryuken!
You’re welcome, Street Fighter fans.
This has to be one of the coolest designs I’ve seen. I bet Wiggins used this in his max-contract pitch, how could you say no?
This one is great for two reasons. One, Ricky Rubio. Two, the scoreline vs Ricky Rubio’s new team.
Excited on his new team, or not so much? You be the judge.
No comment needed here… Possibly my favorite of the bunch
I have no idea what this sequence is from, but I’d like to.
A bit scarier than KAT’s celebration….
Countless more Timberwolves’ GIFs exist on the internet, but we’ll leave them to be discovered another day.
In conclusion… I’ll just leave these here
Let’s hope to see many more GIFs appearing this season of Timberwolves players dunking over a bunch of opponents on their way to the NBA playoffs this year.
Next: Wolves training camp, plus season previews
Maybe a conclusion to the Crunch love triangle is needed? Please, Minnesota, I need to know.
