Minnesota Timberwolves game preview: Oct. 8 vs. Golden State Warriors
This Sunday, Oct. 8, the Minnesota Timberwolves will be playing their final preseason game against the Golden State Warriors in China.
The Minnesota Timberwolves have done a great job in its first two preseason games – defeating both the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors. With their record being 2-0 so far, Minnesota looks to put away the Warriors for the second time.
In their first game, they defeated the Lakers 108-99. They looked fairly impressive for a brand new team that has a lot of new faces. Minnesota didn’t look crazy good like many are anticipating this season, but it was the first game they played together.
The Wolves had a big match-up against the defending champs Golden State on Thursday morning. A game that aired at 1 a.m. C.T. due to the game being played in China. They looked really good, as they defeated the Warriors 111-97.
This final game will be played again in China this Sunday. For any of you who like their sleep, you will be happy to know that this game will be played at 6 a.m. C.T.
