3. Marco Belinelli (SG/SF – Unrestricted)
Season averages: 25.8 MPG – 12.1 PPG – 2.2 RPG – 2.5 APG – 41.8% FG – 41% 3PT – 93.9% FT
Gone are the days of Marco Belinelli pulling Gregg Popovich’s San Antonio Spurs teams out of trouble with his flamethrower-like shooting off the bench, but Belinelli is still a productive NBA player to say the least.
Beli still shoots the ball, and he still shoots it at a rate that would have Minnesota fans foaming at the lips over the chance to see Belinelli off their bench.

After a couple of mediocre seasons, Belinelli is back to shooting the 3-ball at a high rate this season, burying nearly 41 percent of his attempts this season. That clip, if sustained, would be the highest mark for Marco since his 2013-14 campaign with the Spurs.
Although Belinelli still isn’t considered a defensive player, his season mark of 1.2 steals per game would be his career-best, beating his 0.9 per outing that he achieved all the way back in 2008-2009.
With a contract of just $6 million throughout this NBA year, and at age 32 by seasons end, he figures to be one of the free agents the Timberwolves will certainly target in the off-season.
