Game Recap: Wolves almost complete comeback against Thunder
It’s the third time the Minnesota Timberwolves have faced off against their division rivals, the Oklahoma City Thunder. Each game has been a barn-burner, with this game being another case of it.
It was an ugly game to say the least, as Minnesota did not look on both sides of the ball. They allowed Oklahoma to shoot …. from the field.
Minnesota’s bench has been a great disappointment thus far this season, and tonight was another example. Shabazz Muhammad continues to be a major disappointment, only getting three minutes of play. Gorgui Dieng, and Jamal Crawford were the only two players to contribute in the scoring column. It’s a shame that Tom Thibodeau does not see the need to play Tyus Jones, especially after a good stint as the starting point guard.
Nonetheless, here is a few takeaways after the disappointing game.

Paul George: 36 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists, 10-21 field goals, 5-9 3-pointers, 3 blocks
Paul George was a major killer tonight against the Wolves. Whenever the Thunder needed a bucket, it was as if he was always there to give them the bucket. He had a game high 36 points, and was able to get a lot of those points from three.
He put the icing on the cake by hitting his free throws at the end of the game. If it wasn’t for George, this game could of been a lot different.
Notable Box Score Lines
Towns: 23 points, 9 rebounds, 9-17 field goals, 1-3 3-pointers, 2 steals, 1 block

The Minnesota Timberwolves will look to clean things up against the Los Angeles Clippers. This is a great game to execute that mission as they have lost Blake Griffin and Patrick Beverly. Look to see the Wolves fix some of these issues this Sunday 12/3.
