Fresh off of a five-game wining streak, the Timberwolves will look to start a new streak this week. Here are the weekly power rankings for every Wolves player.

So close to a perfect power rankings week, Wolves fans … so close.

The 3-1 week, taking the overall record to 29-17, was marred with the disappointing loss in Orlando to a struggling Magic squad. The Timberwolves seemed to revert back in to some old habits resulting in a 108-102 loss in another dreaded trap game.

Before that, however, the Timberwolves were just as flaming hot as they were to finish last week’s power rankings.

The Wolves started off with a comprehensive victory over divisional rival Oklahoma City, ending the season series against the Thunder with an impressive 3-1 record. Minnesota held the Thunder to just 40 percent shooting from the field and 24 percent from behind the arc to run away with a 104-88 win.

Next up, the New York Knicks were in town to try and break the Wolves three-game winning streak. The Wolves didn’t have too many troubles with Kristaps Porzingis and Co. as Karl-Anthony Towns‘ near triple double propelled his team to a 118-108 triumph.

The winning streak rose to five in the final game of a five-game home stand before the Magic loss, as the Wolves blasted the Portland Trail Blazers and their dynamic backcourt. Minnesota trotted to an easy victory thanks to their scorching 53.7 percent shooting on the night.

Now that we know how the games went down, let’s check out the players who made it happen.
