For now, Wolves fans, let’s rejoice! The fact that some of the Wolves’ hard-working players are getting the recognition they deserve is a big step in the public perception of the Timberwolves as they work their way towards breaking the fourteen-year playoff drought this season.
Butler and Towns have both definitely earned their selections this year, lifting the Wolves from the bottom-feeder team they’ve been over the last several years into a top-tier contender.
The Timberwolves might see a third addition to the All-Star roster over the next few years, if you’re as confident as these Wolves fans are in Andrew Wiggins‘ talent.
While there’s still a long way to go in the season, Wolves fans have something to celebrate right now, and the players are finally getting the recognition they deserve.
