It was a difficult seven days for last week’s power rankings sixth-man Jamal Crawford, playing in just one game before spraining his toe and missing the next two outings. The injury isn’t serious, and the 37-year-old did suit up and play in Wednesday’s loss to the Blazers, which will hit next week’s power rankings.

It’s unknown if the toe sprain was bothering him in the blowout loss to Houston, but Crawford didn’t look like himself. He failed to score for just the third time this season, missing all six of his shots.

Crawford did chip in five assists, however, meaning the night wasn’t a complete offensive wasteland. Some scoring would have been handy for the Timberwolves though, who rarely struggle to reach 100 points.

His slip was substantial, but we look forward to seeing Jamal Crawford climb the power rankings ladder when he is fit and firing.
