2. Shake Milton, PG/SG, SMU

Beside the super-cool name of Shake Milton, the combo guard out of SMU brings a lot to the table. At 6-foot-6, he should be able to play alongside Jones, Teague and Crawford at either backcourt position.

He also has the ability to work with the ball in his hands or as a spot-up shooter. That’s a huge positive given the number of guys in Butler, Wiggins, Teague and Crawford who love to operate with the ball in his hands.

He too can guard multiple positions, but, perhaps, the most attractive part of his game is his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter. Milton has proven to be a consistent outside threat throughout his time in college and that’s a skill the Timberwolves should want more of.

As of now, his draft stock appears to be right around the mid-20’s where Minnesota will be selecting and that’s great news for the Timberwolves.
