4. Bruce Brown, SG, Miami

Back to back Miami Hurricanes show up on this list and both are wings. Who would’ve thunk?

At 6-foot-3, Brown isn’t as physically intimidating as his backcourt counterpart, but he seems to be a bit further along in his development than Walker IV. He’s a combo guard who’s willing to keep the ball moving on the perimeter, play tough defense and rebound the basketball.

Given those are all assets Thibodeau loves and the Timberwolves could always use more of, Brown seems to be a natural fit for Minnesota’s squad next year. Unfortunately, Brown hasn’t been playing nearly as well as he can be, which raises legitimate questions around how good he actually is.

There’s still some time in his season for him to bounce back and let’s hope he does and shows NBA scouts what he truly can do. If not, we may not see him enter his name into the draft this season.
