Jimmy Butler
Jimmy Butler | Minutes | 32.8 | 37.1 | UP |
Shooting Guard | Points | 16.3 | 22.3 | UP |
28 Years Old | Assists | 3.4 | 5.1 | UP |
7th season | Rebounds | 4.9 | 5.4 | UP |
Overal Grade | UP |
Jimmy Butler’s minutes are up when compared to his career average this season. Over his seven years in the NBA he’s played similar minutes three other seasons. They are higher when compared to his rookie and second season and he’s averaged 1.5 more minutes than his third and fourth seasons this year.
Jimmy Buckets is shooting above his career average and only last season with the Chicago Bulls did he score more points (23.9) versus this season (22.6).
His assists are above his career average and again only slightly lower than last season with the Bulls.
His rebounds are also above average when compared to his career average although he rebounded at a slightly higher rate last season and his fourth year in the league.
Even though in several statistical categories Mr. Butler isn’t performing at career-highs his overall impact grade is UP. It’s fair to believe any statistical decline is the result of playing with a deeper team.
