LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, these are the future hall of fame players that came in the 2003 NBA draft.

This draft was in the summer of 2003 and it was the first year for arguably the best player to ever live that isn’t named Michael Jordan. LeBron James ended his rookie season winning rookie of the year and guys like Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Bosh, finished with awesome seasons.

You know the story, but soon after this draft, all four of those famous players became gold medalists for the USA team. The one ‘problem’ with this draft was the choice of the no. 2 overall pick, Darko Miličić. This Serbian forward was drafted by the Detroit Pistons and had a ten-year NBA career, averaging below average statistics.
