You know what will solve coaching problems, player issues, and furious fans?

Marvin Bagley III.

This player is an automatic superstar in the league, no matter where he ends up. Memphis is probably on the bottom of his list, but he’ll have to deal with it. With his size and athleticism, Bagley III will show Memphis a player they’ve never seen put on a Grizzlies uniform before.

Not only is Bagley a unicorn, but he can essentially take Marc Gasol out of his job if need be. Bagley was able to switch between almost every position on Duke, while coach K sat back and enjoyed the view.

Probably the closest player to Kristaps Porzingis in this draft, this is a way too simple pick. Bagley could even be argued for the 1st pick in the draft, which really wouldn’t be unprecedented considering how close the talent is in the top ten.

At the end of the day, you can probably expect the Grizzlies to mess this one up, but I’m hoping they can snag Bagley for years to come. This might be a player we look back at and think, how the heck did we not think of him for the first pick?
