This final trade is my personal favorite. Both teams get what they want, and happen to be in different conferences.

The Minnesota Timberwolves send Jimmy Butler to the Philadelphia 76ers to team up with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. That trio could potentially rock the NBA for years to come. The 76ers are already one of the deeper teams around the league, but Butler would tip the scale.

The Timberwolves would get the perfect player to pair next to Karl-Anthony Towns in Dario Saric. This stretch-four is one of the more underrated players in the NBA and is consistently a force to be reckon with.  Wilson chandler also gets sent to Minnesota in this deal and creates some wiggle room at the guard and forward position with Wiggins.

Landry Shamet is a potential prospect at the point guard position that would allow Tyus Jones to enter the trade block, and to top it all off the Timberwolves get a 2020 pick from Philly that could potentially turn into some real talent.

There are a lot of trades in this piece, but this one creates the most depth within both rosters and frankly Philadelphia would love Butler’s attitude toward the game of basketball.
