The Minnesota Timberwolves would be getting quite the haul in this move.

T.J. Warren at the small forward would allow Andrew Wiggins to move back to the shooting guard position, where his type of play seems to work better – even if Wiggins and Warren aesthetically seem to be the same player.

Tyson Chandler is an upgrade from Gorgui Dieng in the sense that he brings a certain confidence to the team and he also is a respectable veteran around the league and would be more than willing to play for a playoff contender like the Wolves – also getting rid of the Dieng contract for Chandler’s one-year deal is a steal.

The two draft picks added in are great as well, one being originally from Miami in 2021 and also a second round pick in 2020 from Phoenix.

The Suns would be getting back 4-time All-Star Jimmy Butler, and they need a point guard so this could get dicey. Another deal that would make sense would be to send Jeff Teague to Phoenix with Butler, but I’m assuming Thibs would want back Josh Jackson and I don’t see that happening – possibly a Tyus Jones deal?

Jimmy Butler and Devin Booker seems like an interesting back court when you pair it next to Josh Jackson and Deandre Ayton – which seems like an NBA League Pass dream come true for a lot of us crazy fans.

The Suns would also be taking on Gorgui Dieng’s contract and he would have a nicer role off the bench in Phoenix than he would’ve had in Minnesota, so that works well for both parties.

Our next move will involve the Dallas Mavericks, and that just makes me gitty as a basketball fan in general.
