The idea that the Houston Rockets couldn’t play with two ball handlers together in Chris Paul and James Harden has become infamous due to how wrong analysts were, that opinion included me as well.

You can’t make that mistake if you’re Indiana.

The cheers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse would be enourmous if the fans could see Oladipo and Butler disrupt offenses around the league with their defensive prowess. A starting lineup of Darren Collison, Victor Oladipo, Jimmy Butler, Thaddeus Young, and Myles Turner is theorhetically good enough for me to join the bandwagon as a Pacers fan.

Not only that, but in this deal, Minnesota and Phoenix get what they desire as well.

The Suns get two point guards to add to their point guard-less roster, which is literally all they need to complete their youthful lineup. It’s also been reported for months that the Suns really want Tyus Jones, so the cap move of Cory Joseph to Phoenix makes too much sense.

The Timberwolves get one of the more underrated players in the NBA in Domantas Sabonis who can drastically improve the back up unit in Minnesota. Also, the addition of sharp shooter Bojan Bogdanovic can be a great asset in the starting lineup or off the bench.

The addition of 3-point specialist Troy Daniels was made so that the cap could work out evenly, but even Daniels could be a fun roster move for Minnesota if Thibs can find minutes for him.

The first and second round picks are why you make this deal if your Minnesota, also the fact that both Bogdanovic and Daniels are on one-year deals and Sabonis is on his rookie deal still.

This has been my favorite trade idea thus far, and I think it’s a perfect fit for all teams included.

Our next trade idea is with the Cavaliers, can Cleveland get another All-Star to team up with Kevin Love?
