Jimmy Butler traded to the Phoenix Suns

The Phoenix Suns are really hoping to make something of the Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton duo, and they might actually have something.

However, they won’t ever leave the Western Conference and you don’t want to see those two potential All-Stars wasting their careers and then leaving Phoenix once their deals are up – so bring some real talent over.

The Suns have an overload at the wing position, so sending T.J. Warren (on a great contract and isn’t being utilized) over to Minnesota is a nice move, especially with allowing Wiggins to move to his natural position at the guard.

Warren’s minutes have been depleted because of the Suns deep roster, but he’s proven to be a 20 PPG scorer once given the opportunity – a lot like a Tobias Harris type guy.

Furthermore, the Suns didn’t extend Dragan Bender so he’s a liability to them, but he’s only 20-years-old so why not take a chance on the stretch-big man? Tyson Chandler (1-year deal) gets swapped for Gorgui Dieng and his contract.

And finally, two draft picks over the next few years that could make some headlines since their from the worst team in the league over the past few seasons.

The only change I would make here is moving Tyus Jones to the Suns, mostly because they are without a solid point guard and they need some help there.
