1. Explosive Wiggins

Andrew Wiggins used to be known as one of the top dunkers in the league with memorable, poster-worthy dunks on a nightly basis.

Many Timberwolves fans remember jumping out of their seats after Wiggins soared over the likes of JaVale McGee and Rudy Gobert. Unfortunately, those moments feel like distant memories as the frequency of jaw-dropping dunks by Wiggins have declined in recent years.

Ryan Saunders has made it a priority to get consistent effort out of the polarizing shooting guard which includes getting the team’s max contract player to be more aggressive each and every night. That lack of consistency and aggression has upset the majority of Wolves’ nation and caused many fans to demand a trade be made to rid the team of a player that was highly touted for years.

Wiggins has been playing better as of late but he still has a long way to go before he can win back the majority of the fan base.

Let’s see Andrew Wiggins end the year with a true highlight and leave the crowd in awe. I would love to see the season end with a picture of Wiggins jumping over a 7-footer and bringing the house down. Perhaps in the Wolves’ final home game against Toronto, a team that Wiggins has historically played well against. It could be the perfect matchup for Air Canada to take flight once again.

An end of the year surge by Wiggins, highlighted by an astounding dunk that breaks Twitter is exactly the type of thing that can get the franchise excited about the upcoming summer.
