Players 56-60

56. Vernon Carey, Big, Duke
57. Payton Pritchard, Guard, Oregon
58. Nate Hinton, Wing, Houston
59. Udoka Azubuike, Big, Kansas
60. Immanuel Quickley, Wing, Kentucky

Payton Pritchard is one of the more interesting guards in this draft class. He’s a good shooter, has enough playmaking, and very well could stick around. There are, unfortunately for Pritchard, an incredible amount of guards in this draft class – and that will absolutely muddle his draft stock.

Carey largely put up good stats but didn’t show off much in terms of overall skill ability at Duke. I WANT to like him but he just seems like ‘another guy’ to me. For bigs you really want either elite interior defense or the ability to stretch the floor, and I don’t see either of those traits being there at the NBA level for Carey.
