Karl-Anthony Towns hypothetical trades: Memphis Grizzlies

The Minnesota Timberwolves gaining Jaren Jackson would be a big plus in any Karl-Anthony Towns trade. While there is an obvious downgrade, Jackson is clearly a spectacular and switchable defender that can shoot the ball.

Brandon Clarke is another valuable asset that is both young and can make an impact now. He drastically improved his shooting from college and should be a high-level defender for years to come. Dillon Brooks is another player that is signed long-term and should bring enough two-way impact from the wing spot. While Jontay Porter has yet to play NBA minutes, there was first-round hype for him during the 2019 draft cycle prior to his injury.
