Dayton. Obi Toppin. 7. player. 24. Scouting Report. Power Forward. Pick Analysis

The Chicago Bulls have one of the most interesting drafts ahead. While they may go with a wing, it is possible they could look for another front-court player to pair with Wendell Carter. Obi Toppin is an interesting offensive fit that would go nicely alongside him.

Toppin has the potential to be the league’s next unicorn. He is a good inside-outside scorer with lots of athleticism in transition. While the Bulls already have Lauri Markkanen at power forward, he has not progressed since his rookie season and should be given some competition.

Toppin is not a player that you have to start to get production from, either. He could very well come off of the bench and provide a nice, consistent scoring effort on 20-25 minutes per night. In this draft, he might be worth a top-10 selection.
