4. player. 24. . PF. Chicago Bulls. Obi Toppin

The Chicago Bulls are one of the most interesting teams in the draft this offseason. Obi Toppin could be an intriguing selection should Chicago decide that Lauri Markkanen has already hit his ceiling.

Toppin is a dynamic offensive player that can score in a variety of ways. Being able to shoot, facilitate, and score in the post makes gives him a unique matchup advantage against other bigs, although his defensive ability is supremely lacking. Pairing Wendell Carter alongside Toppin could help heal the wounds on that end of the floor, though.

The Bulls have a lot of players at each position, and after selecting Coby White (a near carbon-copy of Zach LaVine) with a top-10 pick in last year’s draft, I’m confident that Chicago, under new leadership, will select who they believe is the best player on the board.
