SAN ANTONIO SPURS

The San Antonio Spurs are likely going to be in full rebuild mode for the foreseeable future. While Derrick White is a really good rotational guard, it seems as though there may not be too much interest in bringing him back after his first contract given the amount of money tied up in Dejonte Murray as a starter. Getting a borderline lottery pick for both he and Trey Lyles would mean cashing in on an asset that you may not extend anyways.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are not going to find a player that makes an impact like White and Lyles would with the 17th overall pick. Adding not one, but two rotational players in addition to the first overall pick would be great for the team and could be the boost needed in order to secure a playoff spot in 2020-21.
