Minnesota Timberwolves: 3 offseason trades to improve the team

The Minnesota Timberwolves need two-way complementary players, and this trade would bring in two of them.

Larry Nance is an excellent defensive player and led the league in steals for a large portion of this season (before he sustained an injury). Prince was a throw-in but is shooting 40-plus-percent from three as of right now. He’s only 26-years-old right now, although he would be on a single-year deal with Minnesota.

Giving up Jarrett Culver after what he has shown over the course of the past two seasons is not much, although losing Beasley would hurt – despite it allowing Edwards to have a more-natural role as a 2-guard.
