Center: Karl-Anthony Towns

No matter what happens this coming offseason, Karl-Anthony Towns will still be the centerpiece of the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2021-22. Getting the right team around him has been challenging over the course of his career, but the Timberwolves have the opportunity (yes, we say this every year) this offseason to set things right, especially if a few (unlikely) things (lottery balls) fall their way.

Karl-Anthony Towns is the most advanced offensive center in the league, and Russell, Edwards, Cunningham, Olynyk isn’t the most defensively-talented quartet of players, but theoretically, they could certainly help Minnesota make a playoff push.
