This NBA Mock Draft is the fourth installment this offseason, you can the previous one below. The NBA Draft is just over a month away, and the talent in this year’s pool is uniquely good – particularly at the top of the draft.
HERE is our previous mock draft.
NBA Mock Draft: Wolves take Minn native, Rockets get lucky
The top of this year’s NBA Draft features five main talents: Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green, Jalen Suggs, Evan Mobley, and Jonathan Kuminga. Each of those players have varying skill sets – and all are projected to be high-level players at the NBA level.
I would go as far as saying each of those players would have been in the conversation to be the top pick in the 2020 draft based on both Anthony Edwards and LaMelo Ball’s pre-draft evaluations (most did not think they would be as good as they were, as 2020 was considered a weak draft class).
Mock Drafts are a fun exercise used to predict landing spots for certain players in the draft. They are not player rankings, though. My big board was released recently, and you can find my actual player rankings HERE. This will be purely predictive.
One of the players I’m generally high on this year is Moses Moody. He doesn’t have the highest ceiling and probably will not ever be a star. But he has a solid all-around skill set that would work well from the wing position on basically any NBA team. He’s going to be playable as a rookie, hopefully having a positive impact from day one.
Let’s get into this NBA Mock Draft.
