Jaden McDaniels

Jaden McDaniels had one of the most impressive rookie seasons last year, and it was disappointing when he was not selected to either of the All-Rookie teams. That said, he brings a highly-desired skill-set on both offense and defense. He should have a decent rating – enough that indicates he’s a solid rotational player. McDaniels is still growing as a player, and the best has yet to come – it’s hard to see his rating be as high as other second-year players, those such as Patrick Williams and Isaac Okoro.

McDaniels NBA 2k22 Rating Prediction: 75 overall

Patrick Beverley

The Minnesota Timberwolves recently acquired Patrick Beverley via trade from the Memphis Grizzlies. He is a solid veteran guard that brings shooting, defense, and complementary playmaking. He had been rated highly by 2k Sports in the past, and that should not change this year. Beverley has been rated between a 78 and 79 each of the past four seasons.

Beverley NBA 2k22 Rating Prediction: 78 overall

Taurean Prince

The Minnesota Timberwolves acquired Taurean Prince hours before the NBA draft was underway in a deal that sent Ricky Rubio to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Prince is a 6-foot-8 combo forward that is a good shooter and passable defender. He likely won’t be rated very highly, but his impact on the Timberwolves should not be discounted.

Prince NBA 2k22 Rating Prediction: 75 overall
