Here’s how we’re betting tonight’s game:

Timberwolves vs Warriors Prediction

Anthony Edwards has arrived. During the Timberwolves’ 8-3 run, the young phenom has averaged 24.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.7 steals per game while shooting 48.7% from the field and 43.3% from beyond the arc.

With 9.5 attempts per game, it’s his stellar 3-point shooting at a higher volume that really makes him a matchup nightmare. His incredible blend of size and speed makes it easy to blow by opposing guards get in his face on the perimeter, and now he’s making them pay if they give him too much space. It’s a lose-lose for defenses.

The Timberwolves lead the NBA in offensive rating during this stretch at 118.3, a mark that would be tied with last year’s Nets as the greatest mark ever. If Karl-Anthony Towns and D’Angelo Russell continue to play well and this is the new normal for Edwards, then whew.

They’ll be put to the test against a Warriors team that, while just 5-13-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last 15, still lead the NBA in defensive rating on the season. With Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala out tonight, however, they’ll be missing two of their stalwarts.

Edwards dropped a career-high 48 points the last time he played at the Chase Center and the Timberwolves beat the Warriors by 20 just eleven days ago. I think the 6-point spread is too high between two teams going in opposite directions.

Give me the Timberwolves +6 (-110) as my best bet, though I’ll also sprinkle on the moneyline at +200.

Of course, whether you like -110 or +200, the best odds are +2000. And you don’t even have to win your bet to get paid! Don’t miss out on free dollars. Bet $10, Win $200 by signing up for WynnBET now!
