A rotational role player, someone who can help elevate the team’s defense?

After breaking back into the postseason this year, expect that to be the golden standard for next season in Minnesota.

The Timberwolves ownership group, led by Mark Lore and Alex Rodriguez, made a point of signing HC Chris Finch and the entire coaching staff to a multi-year contract extension in April 2022. At the time, the

"“(HC) Chris (Finch) has done a tremendous job creating stability and consistency for this franchise and building a winning mentality. We look forward to supporting him throughout the years while he continues achieving the goals he and his staff have set out for the team.” – Daniel Dunn of USA TODAY Sports as quoted by Sports Illustrated’s Joe Nelson"

And so, here we go. The 2021-22 NBA season is over. The 2022-23 NBA season is about to begin. Hang on, this is going to be a thrilling ride.
