Minnesota Timberwolves will face the LA Lakers in preseason this year

How do you feel about the NBA preseason games? While some fans are all for it, others are less excited and view it all like a dress rehearsal than a chance to see how the team chemistry and new players mesh and perform. As for me? I’m a bit in the middle.

While I do agree that the final score of preseason games is more to encourage fans of bad teams, I will be eager to see how all of the pieces of this year’s team fit together, for a better handle on roles from some of the younger players, and how the overall team’s roster appears in make-up and overall chemistry.

So what do we know about the Minnesota Timberwolves preseason games? Well, we know that they will face the LA Lakers twice.

The first game will be on the road against the Lakers on October 6, 2022, at 9:00 pm CT at the T-Mobile Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Any plans for October 12, 2022? Well, that is the date for the Minnesota Timberwolves preseason game on the road against the  LA Lakers once more, this time at 9:00 pm (CT) at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.

While the Lakers have their preseason dates and opponents now published, we await word on the Timberwolves’ full preseason schedule.  If you are one of those fans who pay no heed to preseason games, then this Patrick Beverly comment may change your mind.

2022 will be a very important season for the Minnesota Timberwolves. I am already looking forward to what they will do this year.
