That’s how quickly things develop in the NBA Free Agency market. So who else is available?
IIB – PF Montrezl Harrell
Just out of the Charlotte Hornets, the seven-year NBA veteran Montrezl Harrell has played for five different NBA teams and is likely looking for a place to settle down. The Minnesota Timberwolves could be that type of team, as the roster is securing core players for four or more years. That means stability, and for the power forward who has played for three teams in the past two seasons, I’m certain that is quite attractive.
Harrell is a rotational big, someone who plays either the 4 or the 5, depending on the situation. For a big, he is very good and attracting double teams and then passing out to the open shooter. While has does not have a very active perimeter shot, he does good work in the paint, seldom turns the ball over, and works the backboards for rebounds. He may need to work on three-point shooting and upping his free throw shooting, but he would be a very versatile and solid roster addition to the Timberwolves now.
