The Minnesota Timberwolves will play their third game in four nights at home against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday. Looking to win their third in a row and secure their eighth win in their last 10 games, the Wolves will be shorthanded while facing one of the most red-hot teams in the association. The Blazers come into Target Center riding a six-game winning streak.

Is Anthony Edwards playing against the Trail Blazers?

According to Chris Finch, Anthony Edwards will not play against the Trail Blazers on Saturday. The Athletic's Jon Krawczynski noted that him being scratched from the lineup is more precautionary than anything else.
