Monday night will feature what should be an easier matchup for the Minnesota Timberwolves ahead of a much more difficult stretch of games in the coming weeks. The Wolves will be in the nation's capitol to take on the Washington Wizards, who currently hold the lowest overall winning percantage and own the least wins of any team in the association.

Minnesota will be trying to bounce back from an absolutely heart-breaking loss to the Memphis Grizzlies at Target Center on Saturday that broke their three-game winning streak. Ideally, Monday will give them a good chance to get back on track and make it four wins in their last five games.

We should continue to see more lineup flexibility against Washington as the Timberwolves continue to optimize their approach on offense. Mike Conley was moved to the bench a week ago, and it's looking like keeping him there will remain the best move for the team at this juncture.
